1. 租借流程

o   租借服裝請於一個禮拜前洽談，Contact information：mail : hansen@gentech.team/phone : +886-0926993705「Kris」/Line: @ senshop

o   確認租借日期、時間與所需服裝，並填寫以下表單：「服裝租借表單」

o   選擇服裝款式並進行試穿（如需）。

o   確認租借費用與押金金額（於lookbook上，不含運送費用）。

o   留下租借人姓名與聯絡方式，於當日支付押金到匯款帳戶華南銀行（008）191103800099，並通知品牌方。

o   如確定使用本品牌的服裝，請於試裝當日通知，並於兩日內支付尾款。

o   請在公開分享的文章標註品牌「@hansenatelier」，並通知品牌方。

o   若是互惠內容，請聯繫品牌官方客服並於平日營業時段預約。

2．租借時限

o   租期：可根據需求提出具體時長。

o   超時歸還：未經通知每超過一天需支付額外費用，收取比例為單次租金的10%。

o   詢問時間：平日一到五早上10:00-下午5:00。

3．押金規定

o   服裝租借須支付押金，金額為租金的一半。

o   服裝若無使用，歸還時確認無損壞後，將全額退還押金。

4. 服裝保養

o   租借期間，需妥善保管服裝，避免污漬、撕裂或其他損壞。

o   租借期間禁止擅自修改服裝（如裁剪、縫製）。

o   服裝不得用於可能造成損害的環境（如戶外泥濘、化學品接觸等）。

5. 歸還與寄送服裝

o   服裝需於約定日期內歸還，並保持清潔整齊。

o   請租借人自行處理寄送與歸還的方式。

o   如歸還服裝時需額外清潔，將收取清潔費用三百元。

6. 取消與變更

o   租借日三天前取消，可退還20%的租金。

o   租借日天內取消，租金將不予退還。

o   需更改租期或服裝，請提前聯繫確認。

7. 損壞與遺失責任

o   服裝如有損壞，將視損壞程度酌情收取維修費用為單價的30%

o   如服裝遺失，承租人需支付服裝全額賠償金（商品單價）。

8. 其他事項

o   本品牌保留最終解釋權與調整租借條款的權利。

o   如有特殊需求（加急服務、定制修改等），請提前提出並協商額外費用。

o   互惠內容請聯絡官方客服，可進一步討論合作內容，超時與損毀同樣以上方條款處理（詳見第2點）。

o   此租借服務條款僅適用於業務合作、品牌推廣或專業時尚活動需求，並不適用於一般消費者。

HANSEN ATELIER RENTAL SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rental Process

o Confirm the rental date, time, and required garments, and fill out the form: 「GARMENT RENTAL FORM」

o Choose the desired garment styles and try them on (if needed).

o Confirm the rental fee and deposit amount (excluding shipping fees, as listed in the lookbook).

o Provide the renter’s name and contact details, and pay the deposit to the designated bank account (Hua Nan Bank, account number 191103800099) on the same day. Notify the brand afterward.

o If confirming the use of the brand’s garments, inform us on the fitting day and pay the balance within two days.

o Please tag the brand “@hansenatelier” in public posts and notify the brand.

o For reciprocal arrangements, please contact customer service and schedule an appointment during business hours.

2. Rental Duration

o Rental period: Specific duration can be requested based on need.

o Late returns: If the garment is returned later than agreed without prior notification, an additional fee of 10% of the rental fee will be charged for each extra day.

o Inquiry hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

3. Deposit Policy

o A deposit equal to half of the rental fee must be paid for the rental.

o The deposit will be fully refunded after the garment is returned undamaged.

4. Garment Care

o During the rental period, garments must be properly cared for to avoid stains, tears, or any other damage.

o Modifications such as cutting or sewing are not allowed during the rental period.

o The garments must not be used in environments that may cause damage (e.g., muddy outdoors, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

5. Return and Shipping of Garments

o Garments must be returned on the agreed date and in a clean and neat condition.

o The renter is responsible for organizing the return and shipping.

o If additional cleaning is required upon return, a cleaning fee of 300 TWD will be charged.

6. Cancellation and Changes

o If cancelled three days before the rental date, 20% of the rental fee will be refunded.

o If cancelled within one day of the rental date, no rental fee will be refunded.

o Any changes to the rental period or garment selection must be communicated and confirmed in advance.

7. Damage and Loss Responsibility

o If the garment is damaged, a repair fee of 30% of the garment’s price will be charged depending on the extent of the damage.

o In case of loss, the renter must pay the full compensation for the garment (its original price).
