退換貨資訊(不含訂製款):根據中華民國消費者保護法,國內消費者享有七天猶豫期。請注意,猶豫期內僅限商品檢查,非實際使用或穿戴造成損毀或髒污。寄回時請妥善包裝商品,避免運送過程中造成損毀。若因消費者疏失導致商品退回時受損,品牌保留拒絕退換貨的權利。

一、退換貨申請條件:

 

1. 商品、吊牌、紙箱等包裝及發票需保持完整無損,若商品包裝因合理檢查而輕微損壞,仍可申請退貨。(貼身衣物不可退換)

2. 請於收到商品七日內,透過電子郵件(Hansen@gentech.team)聯繫客服辦理申請。


二、環保政策:
我們秉持環保理念,專注減少囤貨對環境的影響為確保商品品質,多數商品以手工製作完成,工期與物流最快需10-20天,最慢需30-35天敬請耐心等待,讓全新手工精品送達您的手中。

三、訂製款保固說明:訂製款品項通常屬於《消費者保護法》規範的「特製商品」,不適用七天猶豫期規定,但品牌量身定制的品項皆可享有2年內的保固維修服務,其內容包括:刺繡修繕,外套紗線修繕(織補工藝,部分材質需預先討論),服裝修改尺寸(限長短)等。我們提供靈活且精緻的服務。如需更多詳細內容可聯絡發信到官網信箱或來電詢問。件訂製商品都是品牌專業工匠的精心之作,我們承諾延續這份精緻,為您的訂製品提供完善的售後保護。

Return and Exchange Policy (Excluding Customized Items):

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), domestic consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. Please note that during this period, products may only be inspected and not used or worn in a way that causes damage or stains. When returning items, please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged upon return due to consumer negligence, the brand reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request.

I. Return and Exchange Conditions:

1. The product, tags, packaging (e.g., boxes), and invoices must remain intact and undamaged. If the packaging is slightly damaged due to reasonable inspection, the return will still be accepted. (Underwear and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.)

2. Please contact customer service via email at Hansen@gentech.team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange request.

II. Environmental Policy:

We adhere to sustainable practices, focusing on reducing inventory waste to minimize environmental impact. To ensure the highest product quality, most of our items are handcrafted. The production and shipping process typically takes 10-45 days. We appreciate your patience as we deliver your exclusive handmade items.

Customized Item Warranty:

Customized items are classified as “special order products” under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. However, all tailored products from our brand are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty includes:

1. Embroidery repairs.

2. Outerwear thread repairs (darning, subject to material limitations and prior discussion).

3. Garment resizing (length adjustments only).
